I have no idea if that is how you spell hi yah but I am talking about the sounds my boys make at Tae Kwon Do. The boys started it last week and they LOVE it. We had promised Aiden that he could start lessons once his brother got home and they could do it together.
Ben is a bit (a lot) of a clutz but he did well and had a smile glued to his face. I think most of you have seen the karate kick off the top bunk picture that we got from the orphanage.

Aiden is actually really good at it. It comes very natural to him and his teacher was very complimentary. I am so happy for him. This is the first time he has been so excited
about a sport.
